Order Fulfillment Manager

The division serves utility, industry, transportation and infrastructure customers and is focused on addressing key areas such as the integration of renewable energies, growing network complexity, grid automation and microgrids. Tasks: Typical duties/responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following: o Material demand planning: Translates best the material demand plan into a work plan for the teams. Communicates effectively forecast information to the suppliers. o Procurement: Reflects promptly the contractual conditions with supplier into ERP system, Implements effective procurement processes in line with business strategy, sourcing strategy and supply agreements in accordance with Company guidelines. Ensures effective Purchase Order to Pay process and addresses exceptions promptly. Continuously strives for best possible data quality in the ERP system. Provides input to SCM and Planning functions on the findings, requirements to adjust the sourcing strategy and collaborates to best service the business in material availability and quality. Anticipates risks in the allocated processes and pro-actively leads mitigation actions. o Main and improve interfaces: If working with GBS, enable effective work among the teams. Reviews regularly the performance and defines and monitors improvement plans as needed. Recommends and approves any change in scope of work, process and resources. o Monitoring performance levels and reporting: Monitors supplier performance level on agreed KPi's and provides regular feedback to suppliers, planning and SCM functions. Leads the Factory activities with respect to the Supplier Performance Improvement process and defines improvements measures with the suppliers in alignment with SCM and other concerned functions. Manages claim in agreement with SCM. Engages with SCM to improve the supplier's service and delivery performance. Provides internal reporting and populates agreed sections of standard reports such as Supplier performance evaluation. o Optimization and standardization: Cooperates with R&D or international teams in the organization of technical standards and supports engineers in the definition or configuration of new design rules. Evaluates new process technologies to improve the productivity, quality and cost. o Tools & Process continuous improvement: Actively reviews the need to adjust the procurement processes and tools. Engages to improve the process and tools efficiency in order to achieve. Implements Group, BU or HUB driven procurement process improvements. Supports conformance to ABB Supply Chain Management metrics and process standards. o Health & Safety: Reinforces and maintains a culture of health & safety o People leadership and development: Ensures (with HRBP Support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Guides, motivates and develops direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies and Group Supply Chain Management excellence guidelines (knowledge management, functional training, etc.). Responsible for coordinating SCM talent management and succession planning with assigned area. Requirements: Basic Qualifications: BS degree in Business, Materials Management or related field and 10+ years of experience in procurement and warehouse management o 2+ years of people management experience Alternatively, this position may be filled at the senior level for the successful candidate meeting these basic qualifications: BS degree in Business, Materials Management or related field and 12+ years of experience in procurement and warehouse management o 2+ years of people management experience Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US Preferred Qualifications: o Excellent communication skills to include specific and technical oral and written skills to internal personnel and external customers; o Experience in transformer manufacturing o APICS certification o CPIM o Lean Six Sigma Green Belt o Non local domestic candidates must be willing to relocate to the South Boston, VA or surrounding area Publication ID:US66936580_E3

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
