LPN Physician Practice
The qualified individual will, under general supervision of physician, render care in accordance with the physician's treatment plans in order to provide comfort and wellbeing of patients.
In doing so, assesses patients' condition, administers prescribed drugs, provides treatments, records pertinent observation and reports reactions to drug and treatments.
Routinely provides nursing care to all ages (infants to geriatrics).
Required qualifications for this position include knowledge of nursing theory and practice at a level normally acquired through completion of one year training at an accredited school of nursing.
Current unencumbered VA License as a Practical Nurse and CPR certification required.
