8K a year 1 day ago 1 day ago 1 day ago Southstone Recovery Center is growing and is seeking a full time and a part-time housekeeper to provide excellent service to patients by Improving the Lives We Touch! Southstone Recovery Center is an ASAM 2.
5 Partial Hospitalization Program location dedicated to helping women find purpose and develop the skills necessary to actualize long-term recovery from substance use disorders.
We are looking for an individual who desires the opportunity to help save lives while feeling challenged and professionally enriched on a daily basis.
As a Housekeeper at Southstone Recovery Center, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and healthy patient care environment:
Perform specific cleaning and custodial tasks in the general upkeep, sanitation and cleanliness of the facility.
Disinfect rooms, furniture, fixtures, equipment and supplies, using appropriate processes and germicides for cleaning equipment.
Perform other housekeeping duties, such as move and arrange furniture, turn mattresses, clean kitchens, cooking utensils, silverware, sweep, scrub, wax, or polish floors as needed.
Launder soiled linens as directed.
Maintain adequate cleaning supplies for department/unit use.
Properly clean and store all equipment and supplies after each shift.
Prepare rooms for meetings and arrange decorations and furniture for facility functions.
Stock supplies as needed Follow all infection control measures.
LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS:
CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).
First aid may be required based on state or facility.
