We are also fully set up to maintain and support your network 24/7/365.
Our crews are on call 24 hours a day, every day to provide emergency restoration services when our customers need us most.
What we expect Job Description A Project Manager for Coastal Fiber, LLC.
, ensures proper planning, implementation and completion of multiple projects, simultaneously.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
customer site walks, development of Scope of Work documents, providing sales team with accurate data for pricing, coordinating scheduling of projects with Operations, providing staging support for crews and facilitating all project administration, including financial reporting.
Job Requirements Specifically, you will perform the following essential job functions with the highest level of professionalism and integrity:
Responsible for the development and preparation of short-term and long-range plans based upon organization goals and objectives Demonstrates successful execution of business strategies to maximize profitability and operational efficiency, identifies and prepares change orders Ensures efficient planning, implementation, completion, and billing of multiple, concurrent, projects assigned, from start to finish using independent judgement Prepares Scope of Work, to include cost estimation, necessary materials and human capital required Manages project timelines with Operations Schedulers Drives process improvement and efficiencies, recommends, and implements innovative solutions Monitors and directs Field performance, recommends training, development, and mentorship to maximize team and individual success Facilitates customer communication and interaction, ensuring expectations for quantity and quality of work performed are being met, in addition to maintaining customer repour, tracking down sales leads, and maximizing company market share Coordinates traffic management plans, permitting and customer deliverables Ensures safe work practices are enforced on job sites and utilizing support of Safety Specialist when necessary Contracts sub-contractors to assist in performing work outside the skill set or capacity of the company, evaluates sub-contractor quality and efficiency, removes sub-contractor if performance is unsatisfactory SKILLS:
Effective internal and external communications skills, attention to detail and high level of accuracy in their work Ability to work in a dynamic environment, while adapting to the various personalities and experience levels of the Project management team Exceptional organization, prioritization, and time management skills Ability to meet productivity standards and complete work within established deadlines REQUIREMENTS:
3-5 years Utility/Telecommunications experience General safety knowledge and awareness of OSHA guidelines pertaining to telecommunications Ability to exercise mature judgment and suggest the appropriate action when working with employees, management, or customers Experience with leading change initiatives and process improvement in a collaborative manner Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written Ability to utilize with proficiency - Outlook email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Valid Driver's License and ability to occasionally travel to/from job sites Work Conditions Variable; Office/Field environment, exposure to all types of weather conditions Travel Required May require occasional travel, including overnight What we offer Your benefits will include a competitive compensation plan and paid time off benefit.
